Yesterday morning I had the urge to get a hair cut and get a hair cut, I did.
Prior to our wedding in November, I got about three inches taken off the length of my hair simply to make it lighter and less hair for the hair stylist to get into a low bun. Within days after the wedding, I was already fretting over my “middle-length” hair and was wishing I had my long hair back. However, apparently yesterday I was in quite the opposite mood.
With the desire to chop my hair off, I made a hair appointment for yesterday afternoon and let my hair stylist go to town. Luckily, my hair was still long enough, or I just cut it that short, that I still had enough to be able to donate the chopped ponytail to locks of love.
Either way, I now have the shortest, most layered hair cut that has ever framed my face. And I actually am loving it!
Someone else was jealous of my short hair and decided to make his even shorter! He’s back to his original hair style from when we first met…awww, memories. 
In addition to my new hair style, I also have been sporting another new look for my workouts lately. Yes, the Lululemon craze has caught me as well.
I received my first couple Lulu items from my brother-in-law for my birthday and Christmas when we were in Alabama, then added a few more pieces to my collection with Christmas presents from Brian and gained even more Lulu on a little mini (unsupervised) shopping spree earlier this week.
I’m obsessed with everything I have worn from there so far and can’t wait to continue adding new items!! The tops are super slimming and stay in place through yoga inversions and all, while the pants have the most comfortable waistbands that don’t cut into your hips or stomach and are the perfect length to stay in place mid-calf. Love. Love. Love.
