Hello!! Sorry I have been M.I.A since yesterday morning!
After I left work at noon yesterday my day was pretty nonstop until I made it up to PA. My sister and I were supposed to drive up together (since my car was still here from my last visit when it broke down), however, on Wednesday she started having pretty severe back spasms and sitting in the car isn’t really the best thing for her right now.
Therefore, my Dad hooked me up with a rental car that I could pickup in Baltimore and return up here so it worked out pretty well.
Once I made it to Brian’s, I made a quick trip to Wegman’s (yes, I stayed on track and kept it quick!) to get ingredients to prepare a pizza for us to have for dinner later.
I went off of the pesto pizza that I just made recently, however, since Brian isn’t a fan of most vegetables, I added chicken and kept the roasted peppers and black olives to my section of the pizza.
After I had the pizza prepared and in the fridge, I quickly changed my clothes and headed out to watch some baseball. Some baseball that turned out to be a really great game.
Once the game was over and Brian and I were back home, we enjoyed some pizza and greenbeans for dinner. Yumm! Just as good as I remembered from last time!

This morning we finally rolled out of bed around 9:30 a.m. (I’m so not a fan of sleeping in) and put together breakfast before hitting the gym.
My breakfast was an egg sandwich on an alternative bagel made up of last night’s pizza ingredients:
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- roasted red pepper, chopped
- black olives, chopped
- mozzarella cheese
- slice of deli turkey
