Last week my cousin posted a picture of brussels sprout chips that she had made on Facebook and I instantly was craving them. So much so, that I made Brian get to the grocery store and buy brussels sprouts. Such a great husband, I know.
I followed the recipe that my cousin used (from InspiredRD) and was obsessed from the crunch of the first chip! Yum!
With only three ingredients, these are beyond easy to make and beyond tasty!!
They also totally satisfied a salty, crunchy craving for me!
Make them. Like now. They are the perfect healthy game day snack. Pop away while you watch some playoff games this weekend. You won’t be disappointed!
