Something that I’m totally loving right now? Chobani bites.
I’ve tried all of the flavors so far except for the Fig with Orange Zest and each has gained my affection for sure. I think my favorite is probably the Coffee with Dark Chocolate, hence why they were the first to disappear from my fridge, but all three have honestly been tasty.

I’m loving the smaller sized portions and have been grabbing one as a snack here or there, as a side to my lunch and even as a quick bite as I’m about to head out to an early yoga class. Since they are about half of a normal individual Chobani, it works perfectly to put something in my stomach but isn’t too much that I’m regretting it during my third downward dog of class.
In addition to eating these on their own, I’ve also been tossing them into smoothies for added flavor and protein and even used one in my post-yoga breakfast this morning – a pancake!

I opted for the Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chips and loved the extra dense pancake that came from the yogurt mixed with the Kodiak Cake mix. Since a single serving of Kodiak Cakes calls for 1/3 cup of mix along with 1/3 cup of water, these Chobani bites make the perfect size for one batch. I simply mixed the entire container with 1/3 cup of the pancake mix and a drizzle of water. It makes for a thicker, heavier pancake that has held me over for hours.
Extra protein and extra flavor really boost these pancakes. I used a little maple syrup on the side for dipping (yes, I ate the pancake with my hands!) but really didn’t even need it thank to the sweetness from the raspberry yogurt!
Give it a try!

So happy to hear you’re diggin’ Chobani Bite! No shame in eating a pancake by hand…they’re practically finger food. We’ve definitely done the same thing!
