I can’t believe that July is already here.
Half the year is over! That is crazy to me!!

Another thing that comes with the end of a month and the start of a new month?
I did really well with last month’s goals and actually was impressed with progress that I made in some areas.
In regards to my running and fitness goals, I have done awesome. I’ve been working hill runs into my schedule once a week and also have been incorporating more yoga and stretching.
As for my eating goals, I haven’t kept track of how many new recipes I make per week but I’m sure it balanced out to at least one per week. I tried a lot of different combos this month and found myself having fun in the kitchen. Score! In addition, I definitely have been focusing on water consumption and my intuitive eating has been very successful. I haven’t tracked one calorie in the month of June and am feeling great. Sure I had some bad days here and there but for the most part, I really have been listening to my body and its cues and feel such a difference!
My blogging goal was to set time aside each week for my blog. I haven’t necessarily set a certain amount of time aside and said “this is for blogging” but I have been taking time to dedicate to bettering my blog and getting it to where I want it to be! I’m still looking forward to much more success in this area!
I set personal goal of being more positive, mostly with my job and that has been so-so. haha! When I’m being negative and remember that I am trying to be more positive, I immediately snap out of it. Now, when I don’t remember – that’s another story!
