I made the solo trip back from Florida yesterday. It’s nice to be home but also sad knowing that the next two weeks I am away from Brian. Nothing we haven’t conquered in the past and nothing we won’t conquer again in the future – c’est la {baseball} vie!
However, in the spirit of being home, here is a little “pro, con, pro” action in a back home edition.
Pro: I’m back home to our comfy bed and cozy couch.
Con: The empty spot at the opposite end of the couch and the far side of the bed.
Pro: Finally a kitchen with a real stove and oven.
Con: An empty fridge.
Pro: Back to my treadmill and a full DVR List.
Con: The absence of outdoor runs & sunshine.
Pro: A hot pink package from Ellie waiting for me when I got home.
Con: Upon first glance the Electric Love Capris looked like they were a good size for my niece…who is 6 months old.
Pro: Stretchable fabric! I’m lovinggggg my first taste of Ellie!
And just to end on a double positive…
Pro: These little buddies to lighten up my days for the next two weeks.
I know one of those little monsters is going to have no problem filling the empty space in the bed and on the couch if I let him…
