What’s the saying, “I’m working for the weekend”? Not for this chica, more like “working the weekend”. Nothing like starting your Saturday out bright and early at work. Good thing I really like my job though, makes me not mind being in by 7 a.m. on a weekend.
No workout this morning since the gym doesn’t open early enough me for to have gotten there before having to be at the office so I’m anxiously waiting till later this evening when I can get one in…stay tuned for what it ends up consisting of, I’m still debating between a run, a walk, or a cardio circuit. In addition to my 3rd core workout of the week, of course.
As for breakfast, I threw together a yogurt bowl before running out the door and grabbed an apple to have as a morning snack.

- Banana Slices
- Dark Chocolate PB

Once I got to work and got everything set up for staff training, I sat down with some of my employees and enjoyed a hot cup of coffee to give me the extra jolt I needed to start training off on a nice, chipper note! Gotta set a good example for the employees…attitudes are contagious, right!? Hopefully, mine is worth catching today!
Off to lead some training for a bit and then the B-More Healthy Expo with Jeremy!! Yay!!!!
