There is absolutely no way that I couldn’t wake up to a great Monday morning today. In fact, I’m pretty sure not one person in Baltimore woke up to a bad morning.
Nope, definitely not possible and it is all because of that little “x” next to the Baltimore Orioles in today’s MLB standings.
That’s right, with the Orioles win and the L.A. Angels loss last night, Baltimore clinched a playoff spot for the first time since 1997.
Three more games are left before the regular season closes out and the AL East Champion is still yet to be decided. Ohhhh the suspense!
Workout
Another reason Monday couldn’t start off on a bad note? Hot yoga.

The 8:00 a.m. class with one of my favorite instructors was a wonderful kick-off to the week. A second workout – a run – is coming later in the afternoon.
Breakfast
Post yoga, we stopped for a coffee pick-up but the growling coming from my stomach forced me to order a turkey sausage flatbread as well.

Playoffs, Dunkin and hot yoga on a Monday morning – fabulous!
Off to make some final wedding flower decisions and then to see those two little munchkins that could make any hour of any day the best!

You are really doing a lot of yoga!! Have you done a post explaining what the benefits are for you? I’ve tried numerous times to get myself into yoga and I just don’t love it, but I realize that it’s good for me. Maybe if I hear specific benefits, I can stick it out long enough to like it, or at least make it a habit. Thanks!
