Love that Group Power ended with Mike Posner’s song, Cooler Than Me on the ab set this morning…except now I can’t stop singing it! Fine by me though because it’s one of my current favorites!

Workout
This morning’s workout was the perfect way for me to start the day. I was at the gym right as it opened at 5:30 a.m. and busted out two quick miles before heading to the classroom to set up for Group Power.
Today’s Group Power class was WORLDS better than last Thursday’s. It was a different instructor (who informed us today that she will be taking over the morning class every Tuesday now!) who was extremely upbeat and kept the class moving. She even worked in some of the new tracks that just had their soft launch this week and they are awesome but T-O-U-G-H! The lunge track – look out leg pain tomorrow!!!
After a great class, I went back to the treadmill to round out the morning with three more quick miles before getting in a stretch.
Total, I completed 5 miles in a little under 40 minutes.
Great start to my day!
Breakfast
My good morning continued in the kitchen because I had overnight oats in a jar, that I put together last night, waiting for me! And they weren’t just in any jar…how about a Cinnamon Raisin Swirl jar…yummmm!
OIAJ
In the mix was:
- 26g oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- cinnamon raisin swirl pb
I topped it off this morning with some banana slices.

Love how the oatmeal swirled in with the peanut butter – Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Swirl! It looked so pretty from the outside and definitely tasted just as delicious!

Let’s hope this great start continues through the day and that yesterday’s blah-ness is behind me!
Off to get some work done and sing some more Mike Posner…whistle sing while you work, right?!
